What can you expect from me?

I have dedicated myself to continuous learning and skill acquisition in a variety of modalities, both conventional and non-conventional. The overall aim as a therapist is to encourage self-awareness, particularly in understanding the intricacies of mind-body habits and our relationship with the universe as we experience it. Our journey together will mainly focus on the importance of objectivity, alongside understanding your goals and the issues you wish to address. To explore your narrative – who you are, your experiences, the people you’ve interacted with, and the path that has led you to this point.

A Deeper look

Delving deeper into the process, we will explore the intricacies of perception and cognition, considering the mind’s pivotal role in processing and storing information within the human framework. This process is carried out in such a way that we can explore the habit patterns of the mind and body expressed through internal and external behaviours, as well as understanding what is potentially happening on a Psychosomatic/Somatopsychic level and identify any underlying issues to assist you in connecting to the self in all its forms.

From the moment of birth, the human system is constantly processing and analysing sensations in response to internal and external stimuli, instinctively generating responses and reactions to them. These are crucial moments that define your current habit patterns,
which then become ingrained, conditioned, or learned behaviours, manifesting themselves as key parts of your story. If the mind or body dominates over the other too much, this is where physical and mental dis-ease arises.

Understanding your desires, intentions, and beliefs is also a crucial part of the therapeutic process; they serve as guiding lights on your own personal road-map, from where you have been to where you are going. With this awareness, we will explore your reactions,
preferences, fears, and how to leverage your strengths and accept your vulnerabilities to catalyse growth and break free from all forms of suffering.

I’ve also cultivated techniques to explore a range of personality development practices encompassing emotional intelligence, assertiveness, goal setting, mindfulness, stress management techniques tailored towards depression and anxiety disorders, as well as
assistance for those grappling with communication issues and relationship problems. Additionally, I offer key skills in decision-making support, grief and loss assistance, and trauma-informed care.

My journey hasn’t been limited to conventional therapy settings. I’ve also ventured into spiritual realms, delving into spiritual awakenings, recovery methodologies, and esoteric theological studies. From meditation practices to medicine integration, demonology, divination, and parapsychology (human interaction with spirits and non-corporeal entities), I’ve explored a diverse array of disciplines. Through these endeavours, I aim to offer holistic support to individuals seeking growth in a wide variety of areas.
